2 failed Update 1 18 2018The first time I bought one of these, it worked great, but then the LED screen started to fade on one side and it was really hard to see what the left side of the display said. I was disappointed as I wanted the dual watch that this radio offered. I returned it and purchased another one. Had it for a month, used it a few times, and now it doesn t hear whats going on, on the repeaters. I can broadcast, but I can t hear anyone reply on any of the channels that I have programmed. Its just buzzes while it tries to listen to the repeaters. Not happy that 2 of these radios had problems. Will not be buy another Retevis UPDATE Retevis reached out to me directly about my dissatisfaction regarding their radios. They wanted to make things right. I respect them for that. They sent me a new radio. After getting it programmed and set up, I started using it regularly. So far it has functioned flawlessly. The display has been crisp, and it has sounded great. They still keep in touch with me to make sure that everything is going well. They are dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. I have been very happy with this new radio. It works well
