I have only had this strap for a few months and both of the supposedly ANTI-Theft straps broke on their OWN They completely snapped dropping my camera to the floor. I was in the middle of a wedding and had to secure the one side after it broke. Then the second side broke one week later. If it is supposed to prevent a theif from taking it then they should be able to not break on their own
