Customer reviewsOsprey Does it Again
I bought this pack for my husband to replace a cheaper pack that was causing serious discomfort on his shoulders. This pack exceeded our expectations in every way. He tested the pack for the first time on a 23 mile hike with moderate elevation changes. The pack when loaded weighed about 35 lbs. The backpack packed nicely. It was easy to adjust as the load changed. The brain is removable this was a big plus to save weight when you don t need the extra space. The pockets on the side are strategically placed so that it is possible to reach your water bottles without taking off the pack. The BEST part of the pack is the ant-gravity suspension system. It is unlike anything we had ever seen. My husband said he could carry double the weight comfortably with the system. His back stayed cool, he had very little pressure on his back, just a tad bit on his hips, but nothing to complain about. All in all it is his favorite piece of gear thus far. Osprey does it again
