Beautifully designed knives for field dressing game.These knives are awesome. The S30V steel is remarkably light yet very tough, and this set has also been Bos-heat treated. I specifically looked for a scalpel formatted knife for field dressing game, and I couldn t be happier when I found this set on Amazon in S30V stainless steel. However, the sheath that these knives come with is not what I would use to carry them in, which is why I removed one star from this review. The scalpel tends to fall out when you open the sheath - there is no tension to prevent that from happening as you unsnap the button to access either blade. I ll be looking for an alternative way to carry these beautiful knives with me in the field.
